Joining DKI Canada as National Manager in March 2013, JP was responsible for the office’s national operations and advancement. Now Vice-President of Business Intelligence, JP has expanded his role to enhance the technological operations of DKI Canada Ltd. With initiatives such as technology development, business analytics, and office improvement, he is always searching for new ways to grow the organization. JP came over to DKI Canada from one of Canada’s largest independent adjusting firms, where he was their Emergency Services Analyst & Coordinator. During this time, he focused on national business development & client relations, error resolution, data analysis and business metrics, and employee training/development. JP has a Bachelor of Science degree from Brock University and is proficient with all facets of technology and computer software. He is constantly striving to master employee guidance and customer relations.
